Modified from new brand 2X 40ft HQ ISO standard shipping container.

Based on in-house modification, floor & wall & roof can all be modified to get good force resistance, heat insulation, sound insulation, moisture resistance; tidy and clean appearance, and easy maintenance.

Delivery can be completely built-up, easy to transport,the outer surface and inner fittings could be dealt with as your own design.

Save time to assemble it. electrical in-let prepared in the container, which would make it very easy to hook-up with local system.

1.Structure

•Modified from 2* 40ft HQ new shipping container .

•The extral part would be welded by galvanized steel tube.

2.Size (totally about 84 sqms. for the house, 53 sqms for deck.)

•Middle part to connect two container width 2000mm.

•Other size would according to the floor plan.

•26mm waterproof plywood

•12mm Laminated floor.

•Solid wood skirting

•Bathroom: ceramic floor and wall tile decoration, water proof treatment

4.Wall

•Galanized steel tube structure

•50mm rock wool as insulation

•9mm OSB board to cover the rock wool.

•9mm gypsum board as walls and painted by ICI

•Bathroom: OSB board+ceramic tile wall

5.Middle part between two containers

•middle veranda size 12912*2000mm,made of steel frame ,100mm rock wool insulation .

•middle veranda top wall,aluminium alloy with glass window.

6.Ceiling

•Galvanized steel tube frame

•100mm rock wool as insulation core

•9mm OSB board to cover the rock wool.

•9mm gypsum board as walls and painted by ICI

7.Doors and windows

•Entrance aluminum alloy sliding double glass door

•Bathroom door: Glass sliding door

•Aluminum alloy frame double glass door

•Strong and safety

•Aluminum alloy thickness 1.4mm or 2.0mm.

•Double glass specification5mm +12mm +5mm , (or 5mm +27mm +5mm for folding door).

Payment

50 % deposit by T/T , 50 % balance by T/T before delivery

Packing & Shipping

Shipped as ISO 40’ container,it will need 3 unites 40feet containers location to ship this house.

Delivery time depend on the quantity of order.( normally 30 to 45 days) .

Doors and windows and other fittings sealed by plywood,EPS panel.
