Modified from new brand 1X 40ft HQ ISO standard shipping container.
Based on in-house modification, floor & wall & roof can all be modified to get good force resistance, heat insulation, sound insulation, moisture resistance; tidy and clean appearance, and easy maintenance.
Delivery can be completely built-up, easy to transport,the outer surface and inner fittings could be dealt with as your own design.
Save time to assemble it. electrical in-let prepared in the container, which would make it very easy to hook-up with local system.
This 40ft Modified Shipping Container House is consisted by 1X40FT ISO new shipping container. The HC container standard size will be 12192mm X 2438mm X2896mm.
